Digi International E-Channel partner Pricing and VAT Pricing in the Digi Europe online store is exclusive of local VAT unless stated otherwise. For detailed information about this topic refer to the terms and conditions of the E-Channel Partners. Customers The Digi European Online Store is only selling to business customers and government. We are not selling to private customers. Featured Products Digi promotes products for a certain timeframe as "Featured Products". Featured products are limited to one unit per customer and promotion only. Shipping We recommend you check shipping conditions and lead times in the E-Channel partner's terms & conditions. We apply a lump sum for product shipment (regardless of shipment volume). A waybill number will be sent to you via email. Availability Digi and its E-Channel partner try their best to make every product available on the E-commerce website at all times. Order change As soon as the order has been imported by the E-Channel Partner, it can no longer be changed. Please contact the Digi Online Store customer service and we will investigate what we can do. Order cancellation You can cancel your order, provided that the E-Channel Partner has not yet begun to process it. Please contact the Digi Online Store customer service and we will investigate what we can do. Product returns - general All returns must be made within 14 calendar days (this excludes warranty cases) from the day the goods were delivered. Before returning the goods we kindly ask you to contact our E-Channel partner. They will provide a return materials authorization (RMA) number which must be stated on the return package. The E-Channel Partner will process the refund of the payments after receipt of the product provided it's undamaged. The cost of returning the product shall be paid by the customer, unless the goods supplied are returned because of incorrect delivery. For the detailed returns policy and the return address refer to the terms and condition of the corresponding E-Channel Partner. Returns - product defective Product warranty is provided by Digi International guarantees its products free of errors, in accordance with the current state of technology, for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery. Warranty exchange will be processed by your E-Channel partner. Before returning any goods, we kindly ask you to contact your E-Channel Partner. For the detailed warrantee policy refer to the product user manual and software. Payment methods Orders placed at www.digistoreeurope.com has to be paid via credit card. Credit card transactions are processed by E-PROMPT Germany Commercial Services GmbH, Robert-Bosch-Straße 4b 35440 Linden, Germany (www.eprompt.de) on behalf of Digi International. Payment related data is transmitted using an encrypted connection (128-bit SSL). Digi International and our E-Channel Partner will not store any credit card information. Credit Card As soon as you confirm the order we request your credit-card company to give an authorization to capture the amount due. The E-Channel Partner confirms shipping date by email. Technical assistance Should you require any kind of technical assistance in order to install your product, please contact the Digi technical support. Larger projects For larger volumes, our Digi Online Store will offer the option to ask for a quote. Enter your specific products and quantities and submit the quote during the checkout process. Digi Sales will contact you within 1 business day. Security and privacy We protect all our user data as far as possible against loss, falsification, manipulation and improper use by third parties. Credit card details, which are sent in the course of the order to ePROMPT Germany Commercial Services GmbH, Robert-Bosch-Straße 4b, 35440 Linden, Germany (www.eprompt.de), are protected against unauthorized access by a 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted data transfer. All current new-generation browsers support SSL encryption. After the data are being processed, they will be deleted. We do not store payment data like credit card numbers longer then needed for the transaction. Software FAQ's What if I lose the software, and need to re-install it? If you should have to re-install your software on your computer, please visit www.digi.com/support to download the software to your system. From there, you must launch the installation setup. |
