- My Rastal Shop The RANGES button takes you to the Rastal Shops: Beverage World, Business, and Homestyle. All three Shops are separate from each other and oriented to the. requirements of their target group. You can, of course, move around between the three shops by using the subnavigation. Once you have chosen a Shop you will find a number of functions that are common to all shops: The articles of each Shop are shown arranged in product groups on the left side of the screen. This allows you to search easily and quickly and gives you an excellent overview of the articles. In the upper part of the Shop screen, search and advanced search functions are available which will additionally help you in the search for articles. You will find LOGIN, or SHOPPING BASKET/QUERY BASKET and BRAND-NEW PRODUCTS on the right side of the screen. Information about each Shop, like brand-new products or Special Offer of the Month are to found on the Shop start page. After choosing a product group with a click you will first of all have an illustrated overview of all products in that group. A further click on the product image takes you to detailed information about each article. If you wish, just click on the picture to enlarge it. - My LOGIN
You can be registered, according to the business sector you belong to, for one shop: Beverage World (e. g. beverage industry enterprises), Homestyle (e. g. retail food sector) or Business (e. g. promotional products trade). With the RASTAL password and your user identity you can then view prices and in your Shop use the shopping and query basket functions to order or enquire about products from RASTAL. - Why do I have to log in? The LOGIN allows you to view the prices of our products as well as to order or enquire about them with the help of the shopping basket or query basket. - How can I register myself as a RASTAL customer? The LOGIN box and the link Not yet registered? take you to the RASTAL registration form. If you are already a RASTAL customer, just enter your name, your customer no., postal code and email address in the appropriate fields. After you have clicked the Send button we will send your access data to your email address without delay. - How can I register myself as a new RASTAL customer? The LOGIN box and the link Not yet registered? take you to the RASTAL registration form. Fill in the RASTAL form here. After you have clicked the button we will send your access data to your email address without delay. - Can I register myself as a end consumer? As an end consumer you are welcome to browse through our ranges. Unfortunately you cannot register yourself at the moment or order products from us. We have however, provided an overview for you of retail outlets carrying RASTAL ranges at Retail search in the Homestyle Shop. - What should I do if I forget my password? Through the LOGIN box and the link Forgotten Password?you can request your password again. It will be sent to you automatically by email. - How do I use the LOGIN, if I am already registered? Use the LOGIN box to enter your User identity and your Password. In the upper part of the Shop area your first and last names appear next to the confirmation: Logged in. - Can I register myself in all three Shops? Unfortunately this is not possible. We want to assist you in ordering and querying for your individual requirements according to your business sector. - My order and query

No, please appreciate that this is not possible because the orders are processed in Business Divisions that are separate from each other. - Can I change my order after I have sent it? Every visitor to our web site can view the RASTAL ranges but only our customers or new customers can view prices after logging in, and place orders or queries. Product ranges in Shop All articles are arranged in product groups, which you will find on the left side of the window. Each Shop - Beverage World, Business, and Homestyle - is organized in product groups typical for its business sector. Additionally, you will find a Search in Shop and an Advanced search function, with which finding the products you are looking for will be no problem. Once you have chosen a product group, images of all articles in this group will be shown in the overview page. This gives you easily and quickly an overview of the articles. The newest articles are correspondingly labelled and are generally listed alphabetically at the beginning of each product group. You can view the product with its corresponding detailed information - such as sales unit, dimensions, prices - with a mouse click. If you want a closer look at the article, a click on the picture will show you more detail in an enlargement. 2. 2. Choose and place in the shopping basket Choose your article, enter the required quantity in the appropriate column and place it in the shopping basket. As soon as you have placed an article in the shopping basket the number of new added articles will be shown in the SHOPPING BASKET display. The shopping basket display appears in the top-right corner of the screen. Thus you can always see how many articles are already in the shopping basket. Furthermore, the total order price, nett plus value-added tax, of all chosen articles will also be displayed. You can, of course, remove any or all of the articles in the shopping basket or change the quantities. You can then carry on shopping, and with the functions choose further articles. You can take a look into your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the To shopping basket 3. Ordering The shopping basket is your notes block while you are shopping. The shopping basket contains the list of all articles which you have chosen from the Shop. You can change the order quantity of each article by entering a new figure and then clicking on Refresh. An article can also be erased simply by entering the figure "0". You can, of course, also find the total price here. After you have decided to order the products, you can go to the cash desk by clicking on the Cash desk button. The cash desk is where you place your order. Before you place your order, please view our Terms and Conditions of Sale and OK the Read T&C box. In the Remarks field you can send additional information to RASTAL about your order. When all the details are correct, give the release for your order and the data will be transferred to RASTAL. You will receive your goods as soon as possible. Then enter the required quantity in the appropriate column and place it in the shopping basket. As soon as you have placed an article in the shopping basket the number of new added articles will be shown in the YOUR SHOPPING BASKET display.The query basket display appears in the top-right corner of the screen.Thus you can always see how many articles are already in the shopping basket. Furthermore, the total order price, nett plus value-added tax, of all chosen articles will also be displayed. You can look into your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the YOUR SHOPPING BASKET button in the shopping basket box. The Advanced search is, of course, always helpful in searching for a particular article. - How do I find my articles? A NEWSLETTER box is on the right side of the screen. You can subscribe to the RASTAL NEWSLETTER by entering your contact details. - Where can I find special offers? The RASTAL special offers can be found in the product groups on the left of the screen in all Shops: Beverage World, Business, and Homestyle. - Where do I find the brand-new products? The BRAND-NEW box on the right of the screen gives you an overview of the newest RASTAL products. Additionally, our newest products are listed and named at the head of all product groups. You can, of course, also find the brand-new products with the search function. |
